Starter terms for the ProjectTrade HQ launch version.
Marketplace role
ProjectTrade HQ is a marketing, information, and project-opportunity platform. It is not the contractor performing work and is not automatically a party to agreements between customers and independent service providers.
No guarantee of matches or awards
Project submission does not guarantee a contractor match. Contractor participation does not guarantee lead volume, project awards, revenue, or customer response.
Independent contractors
Contractors are responsible for their own licensing, permits, insurance, estimates, pricing, contracts, employees, taxes, safety, workmanship, warranties, and compliance with applicable laws.
Accuracy of information
Users are responsible for information they submit. ProjectTrade HQ may organize or screen information but does not guarantee every statement supplied by a customer or contractor.
Future paid leads
If ProjectTrade HQ later offers paid leads, subscriptions, exclusive opportunities, or digital products, separate pricing, refund/credit, and purchase terms may apply before checkout.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit fraudulent projects, impersonate another person or business, misuse contact information, scrape the platform, or interfere with site operation.
Limitation
To the extent allowed by law, ProjectTrade HQ is not responsible for the quality, completion, pricing, safety, damages, disputes, or results of work performed by independent providers.
